MICKEY ALLEN LAYNE

Mickey Allen Layne, 74, of Jasper, Tennessee was called home on April 4, 2024.  He was born to the late Roy Layne and Bessie Lawson Layne on May 4, 1949.  Mickey worked for Providence in Printing.  He was a huge history buff, he read and studied the bible and could share knowledge of the Bible.  He loved working on his property on his tractor and really enjoyed life.

Mickey was preceded in death by his father, Roy Layne and mother, Bessie Lawson Layne.

Left to cherish his memories are his uncle, Don (Loretta) Layne; aunt, Faye (Pete) Blevins; cousins, Donald (Tammy) Scottie (Edward) Justice, Edward Lawson and many other special friends.

Visitation is Saturday, April 6, 2024, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm CST at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.

There will be a graveside service on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 12:15 at Pine Grove Cemetery in Jasper, Tennessee with Pastor Roger Webb officiating.

Pallbearers are Michael Shadrick, Eric Trimm, Don Layne, Charlie Rittenberry, Elmer Shadrick and Waylon Johnson.
